All of the programs are available online. A Learning Management System (LMS) is used for teaching and learning, and enrollment grants access to this system. For every course, we offer bite-sized lessons that include concept videos, reading materials, quizzes, and assignments. Additionally, on particular days, students must participate in live webinars and question-and-answer sessions. English is used as the primary teaching language.

The self-paced learning approach is the main focus of the online degree programs offered by Manipal University Jaipur. This approach is supported by video lectures and self-learning resources like reading materials, e-books, quizzes, and assignments. Live online lectures (webinars) that let students speak with professors in-person supplement this.

Students will receive access to the Learning Management System (LMS), student portal, and e-library, as well as the user ID and password after the university, confirms their admission. Following that, students can begin accessing the course materials and starting their educational journey.

To assist students as they navigate their time at Manipal University Jaipur, dedicated course mentors and coordinators will be assigned to them. Through email, instant messaging, and discussion boards on the learning management system, you can get in touch with them to get your questions answered. In real-time webinars, students can converse with the course coordinators

It is expected that students will spend at least 15-20 hours per week reading, taking quizzes, watching concept videos, and participating in live webinars.

The number of projects varies from program to program, but projects are present in every program. Please refer to the respective program's structure.

Each subject will have a minimum of one required assignment. The student's response will be graded for the assignment and factor into their final grade.

Live and offline sessions are required. The minimum offline content completion rate for students to be eligible to take the final exams is 75%.

To bring out the best in students and get them ready for a successful career, the assessment system was created, developed, and implemented with rigor and fairness. The continuous assessment (CA) and term-end exams will both be used to evaluate a student's performance.

Papers on Theory

Assignments and term-end exams are used to continuously assess (CA) the performance of the theory component. The assessment ratio between continuous assessment (CA) and term-end examinations (TEE) is 70:30. CA is based on homework that was created by the university. Descriptive and multiple-choice questions will be included in term-end exams (TEE). For each continuous assessment and term-end test, a student must receive a grade of at least 40% in order to be considered successful.

A student must score at least 40% in each continuous assessment and term-end examination to be declared as having passed.

Practical Papers (as applicable)

The assessment in the practical part is based on performance in guided exercises (i.e., day-to-day exercises) and unguided exercises. The latter will be conducted on the last day of the practical sessions in each subject with an external examiner. The assessment ratio for term-end examinations (TEE) to continuous assessment (CA) is 30:70.

A student must score at least 40% in both the parts to be declared as having passed.

The university term-end exam (TEE) will be taken digitally, that is, on a computer with online proctoring. Candidates can take the exams at the convenience of their own homes. To take the exams, you must have access to a laptop or desktop computer with an internet-connected webcam. The photo admits card that is given out for taking the term-end theory exams will have information on the examination schedule on it. The term-end examination admits cards for eligible students will be distributed. In order to participate in the term-end exams, students must present their identity cards and admit cards. The program guide given to students contains information about the examination format Examination outcomes will be made public on the student portal. If a student does not pass any of the exams (in UE, IA, or both), he or she must retake the exam by submitting an application to the university for a re-sit within the deadline, along with the necessary fees.

Results
Examination results will be published on the student portal. If a student fails to clear any of the papers (either in UE or IA or both), he/she has to re-appear for the relevant paper by applying to the University through the re-sitting application along with relevant fees, within the due date.

Award of Degree
On satisfying all criteria stipulated by the University, successful students will be awarded their respective programme degree by the University.

To successfully complete the program, students must receive a continuous evaluation score of at least 40% and semester-end exam scores of at least 40% in each course. They will need to apply for a repeat exam if the required minimum score is not achieved in order to pass the course.

The maximum time frame allotted for the program must be followed by students in order to successfully complete it:

BA: 6 years
4 years MCA
6 years BCA

ince the degree programs are entirely online, students will have access to e-learning materials on the Learning Management System (LMS) based on the four quadrant approach in accordance with the UGC Regulations 2016 since the degree programs are entirely online. The following types of study materials are included in e-learning: (a) e-text materials; (b) video lectures; (c) audio-visual interactive material; (d) virtual classroom sessions; (e) audio podcasts; (f) virtual simulation; and (g) self-assessment quizzes or tests. The e-books can be downloaded and printed by students at their leisure.
